We offer free shipping on all orders of CA$50 or more (excluding taxes). For orders under $50, standard shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
We currently only ship to Canada and the US. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Our team works as quickly as possible to ship all orders within 2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking code and link to be activated.
With the possible exception of shipments during special promotions, launches, holidays, or other seasonal fluctuations, orders are processed within 1-2 business days from when the order was placed. Once processed, parcels are shipped from Nova Scotia, Canada. Your package typically takes 3-9 business days to arrive to you.
You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped along with tracking information. You can track your shipment using the tracking number and link that is provided in your shipping confirmation message. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by ground or air transportation delays, severe weather, or other circumstances out of our hands.
CHANGE OR CANCEL ORDER
We work hard to help you get your orders processed as fast as possible. As soon as the payment is accepted, your order is shipped, which leaves out time for changes to be made. Upon checkout, please confirm your shipping details are accurate before completing your order.
There may be time to cancel your order. Please email us at email@example.com as soon as possible with the subject line “CANCELLATION” with your full name and order number. If we can process the cancellation prior to shipment. Otherwise, due to our concern for the hygiene and safety of our customers, we do not offer returns on our compression socks.
